We want to provide operability that allows users to quickly achieve their goals without waiting time. Under this belief, Yahoo! JAPAN has implemented the “Web Performance Improvement Project” as a company-wide initiative. Our efforts for visualization of performance scores of Core Web Vitals and repeated improvements at the source code level have yielded good results in various services. This session introduces the know-how on how to improve web performance in large organizations, from the approach to the results of the improvement, with specific measures.
